Running
Last Thursday I ran for 2 miles and then walked 2 miles for a total of 547 calorie burn! I have been doing some interval training on the treadmill - will run for like 3 mins hard then walk for 3 mins for a period of about 30 mins. I throw on the Ipod and just go.A lot of times I will do my elliptical for 30 mins first on the resistance program the do the interval training after. My new goal is to be 155 by Christmas. 12lbs I can do it! I will be doing my kettleworx program straight through for the next 12 weeks along with Running, biking and elliptical maybe so Kenpo thrown in there too. I intend to eat very clean~ I am pretty good most of the time ~ however I am going to be very strict on myself. Some of the girls call me a "maniac" when I get in this mode. I just go and go and there is no stopping me. I have a goal and it will be met!
