647 calories burned!

whoot will be one lean mean fighting machine!- walked 2.5 miles with 3 lb hand weights then ran 1.5 miles  for total calorie burn of 647  and 7,432 steps all tracked with my Mio watch and my new pedometer

WALKING CHALLENGE! 10,000 STEPS OR BUST!

WALKING CHALLENGE!!!

I am going start a walking challenge to go along with my kettle bells workouts. I am going to walk 10,000 steps a day and work my self up to 15,000. 10,000 steps is about 5 miles depending on stride etc. So strap on your pedometer and join me! Don't have one? Well Avon has one on SALE for 5.99 in this brochure-which is an awesome deal- I have this pedometer and it works great. I wear it everywhere all day long. I am back!

So my life has been falling apart piece by piece. I have been so bummed and unmotivated. However still eating clean. I am a mother of three 20,17, and 9. Have a live in boyfriend of 7 years. He lost his job, will be 3 years December. His unemployment ran out a year ago so I am the sole provider for a family of five and 2 dogs. The pressure is so very overwhelming sometimes. I try to take things in stride most of the time- but can not do this all the time. 


I am going to start running again starting today hopefully this will help with all this built up anxiety over being broke and no light at the end of the tunnel.

Friday Burn!

whoot! so happy it is Friday! 3 day weekend too! I did my resistance Kettle bells tonight loved  the burn! 243 calories- plus a 2 mile walk  273 calories.


Breakfast: oatmeal
Snack: apple
Lunch: salad and 1 slice of pizza
Snack: plum and some almonds
Dinner: tuna on whole wheat bread and 2 slices of tomato!
