WALKING CHALLENGE! 10,000 STEPS OR BUST!

WALKING CHALLENGE!!!

I am going start a walking challenge to go along with my kettle bells workouts. I am going to walk 10,000 steps a day and work my self up to 15,000. 10,000 steps is about 5 miles depending on stride etc. So strap on your pedometer and join me! Don't have one? Well Avon has one on SALE for 5.99 in this brochure-which is an awesome deal- I have this pedometer and it works great. I wear it everywhere all day long.
