941 calories burned today with a 459 calorie deficit! Whoot~ exhausted :)

so today I burned some serious calories- My goal is 5000 + for the week.

4,756 calories for the week!





I am very pleased with my calories burned this week next week will go for 5000. I went for a bike ride with my son this afternoon. He got tired after a mile so I dropped him off and went back out for another mile for a total of 2 miles 150 to add to my 649 from this mornings work out for a daily total of 799 calories gone forever!  Total calories from Sunday are 4,756!!!


My KettleWorx instructor suggested a weighted vest~ I am now researching for one that would suit me performance and $.

649 calories all before breakfast!

just knocked out 649 calories this morning all before breakfast! sprint intervals on tread mill for 10 mins warm up and then 30 mins of sprint intervals 45 secs hard run 1 min rest for 30 mins and then right after while still warm~ elliptical on resistance program for 30 mins~ all done wearing a sauna suit :) I am beyond pumped up and sweating- off to take a nice hot shower :)

creative calories today!

today was odd for me - I am so use to getting in 2 walks and 600 or so calories burned all before 1 pm. It has rained all day and hard and so cold here ~ now it is snowing lightly. I could not do my usual routine. I had to be creative to burn my calories  broke out the jump rope and did intervals of jumping rope and jumping jacks to equal 100 cals x 2 once earlier today and once in afternoon. Then I went on exercise tv and did Leslie Sasone 3 mile walk. However her 3 mile walk is sooo much more than a walk- side stepping, kicks, knee raises etc. Burned 312 calories total burn was 515 for today - not as much as I would like however it is something- calorie deficit was 429.
 :) Hoping for better weather tomorrow - going to start interval training again on treadmill and also hoping for a morning walk ~ considering doing a 6 mile path if weather is ok

Kettlebell training progress to date

Since starting KW in middle of Feb 2011 I have lost:

26 lbs
4.1% body fat
5 inches in chest
6 inches in waist
4 inches in hips
2 inches in thighs
1 inch in arms
total of 18 inches
Starting round 2 week 3 next week, will do first 6 weeks then advanced , then UBC
then post my stats again:)



I will stil be doing other activty along with Kettleworx- my daily walking, biking, running elliptical etc

866 calories burned today with a 726 cal deficit!!!!

I have made it my goal to exercise every day some how or another.I would say I am addicted to exercise :) 

Exercise:

Morning walk: 3 miles /353 cal
Lunchtime walk: 30 mins with 3 lb hand weights 300 cal
Evening workout: Kettlebell workout: 195
Calisthenics: at work 2 mins 50/50 jump jacks /squats 19 cal 

Food:

Breakfast: 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 cup spinach
Snack: Kashi trail mix
Lunch: apple 5 kashi pita chips and 1 tsp Lowfat Peanut Butter
Snack: Blueberry Greek yogurt
Dinner: extra lean ground turkey/1/16th c of taco cheese 1 whole wheat tortilla
