Ok I exercised my ass off today - walked this morning with "bff". walked at lunchtime very quick pace. Just did KettleWorx with 10lb gave it my all.
breakfast: 1 egg white, 1 whole egg, 1/2 c broccoli
snack: kashi trail mix bar and a med banana
lunch: walk and apple
snack: cottage cheese 4 wheat saltines
Dinner: TBD
