The scale moved!

I have been working out like a crazzzy person- finally the scale budged! whoot! I had been reading 168 for 3 1/2 m. Then about a month ago  dropped to 166.4, and has not budged. I don't care if I ate a lot - did not eat much, exercise, loads of exercise the scale read 166.4 every day. I was starting to think it was just stuck at 166.4 forever. Well I dropped my calorie intake and have been exercising 3 times a day morning, lunch time and after work~ finally a break. 165.8 today! which just makes me want to go more!!! short term goal is 162~ that will be 50lbs lost since Dec 19, 2010. Long term goal 155 by Christmas. I have also adjusted my eating a little to include more protein and not as many carbs, even tho it was good carbs I still seemed to have not the right ratio. I am one happy woman this morning. Hard work does pay off!
