654 calories today! 594 calorie defecit

got up this morning weighed myself- list 6 oz and saw the next # whoot! walked  this morning with "bff" and this afternoon on my lunch break. Tried to work out tonight but I am tired. My son had pain in his knee around  1am and i got up and got some ice for him etc. then I could not go back to sleep until around 3am. But still got up @ 6 am did my 3 mile walk. So I am gonna rest for the night (even tho it is killing me) 


Breakfast: weight control quaker oatmeal
Snack : Kashi Trail mix granola bar
Lunch: apple and walk
Snack: 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese 
Dinner: 2 pcs of Gortons Grilled Tilapia (160 cal) 6 brussel sprouts
Desert: 2 generic double stuff oreos (140 cals)
