today was odd for me - I am so use to getting in 2 walks and 600 or so calories burned all before 1 pm. It has rained all day and hard and so cold here ~ now it is snowing lightly. I could not do my usual routine. I had to be creative to burn my calories broke out the jump rope and did intervals of jumping rope and jumping jacks to equal 100 cals x 2 once earlier today and once in afternoon. Then I went on exercise tv and did Leslie Sasone 3 mile walk. However her 3 mile walk is sooo much more than a walk- side stepping, kicks, knee raises etc. Burned 312 calories total burn was 515 for today - not as much as I would like however it is something- calorie deficit was 429.
:) Hoping for better weather tomorrow - going to start interval training again on treadmill and also hoping for a morning walk ~ considering doing a 6 mile path if weather is ok
