I have made it my goal to exercise every day some how or another.I would say I am addicted to exercise :)
Exercise:
Morning walk: 3 miles /353 cal
Lunchtime walk: 30 mins with 3 lb hand weights 300 cal
Evening workout: Kettlebell workout: 195
Calisthenics: at work 2 mins 50/50 jump jacks /squats 19 cal
Food:
Breakfast: 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 cup spinach
Snack: Kashi trail mix
Lunch: apple 5 kashi pita chips and 1 tsp Lowfat Peanut Butter
Snack: Blueberry Greek yogurt
Dinner: extra lean ground turkey/1/16th c of taco cheese 1 whole wheat tortilla
