Steven is feeling better now we got the antibiotic in him twice now :) I missed my workout because we had to take him to the doctor right after I got home from work on Friday- messed up the whole schedule of things. I did however do my KettleWorx Week 1 Resistance this morning with the 15lb everything but the punches I used a 10lb. I am doing round 2 and trying to use solely 15lb but some things such as punches and "gunslingers" I still have to use the 10lb. I managed to get in 8000 step so far today - day is not over tho! Mark and I ripped down all the sheet rock off one of the garage walls- sure I burned calories there :)
I joined loseit.com today- very cool site logged all my food and exercise. It then tells you how many calories you have left etc and you can set up goals and it will track you weekly.
Breakfast: yogurt w/granola
Snack : 16 almonds and a banana
Lunch: fish with mixed veggies
Snack: 1 pc of whole wheat bread 2tsp of lowfat PB
Dinner: ground turkey tacos
water, water, water
