today I walked @ lunch time only 15 mins tho was very hot!
I did week 2 cardio tonight with the 15lb bell. I only burned 120 cal - not happy at all. I ate very clean today. I am kinda tired today- think it is from my run yesterday- so I am trying to accept I did not do that much today- because my body needs a little rest. Tomorrow will be a intense workout again- elliptical/Running. I am hoping after this week my body will have adjusted and I will start to lose some weight. I can't see any changes in my stomach- however I can feel it from the inside-getting tighter.
