641 calories gone forever!!
feeling pretty good right now besides my arms ache and legs feel like jello :) I came home tonight strapped on my Mio watch and out to the shed I went. Today is rest day in my Kettleworx schedule- however I can't rest so I do cardio on the off days. Elliptical for 30 mins on the resistance program burned 284 calories! I then jumped over on the treadmill and walked for 2 mins and then ran hard for 3 I continued doing this for 30 mins which equaled 2 miles. I then walked another .25 of a mile to cool down and let my heart rate come down. Burned 357 calories for total of 641 calories! I then rinsed off because I was drenched head to toe in sweat; and then went swimming with my son. Tomorrow is Cardio week 1 Kettleworx- using my 15 lb can't wait :)
