Imagine my surprise when I woke up and discovered I have lost a lb! WHOOT!
Breakfast: cup of spinach mixed with 1 egg and 1 egg white and little taco cheese.
Snack: Peach and some almonds
Lunch: 1 pc of chicken breast(bone in) no skin, little sweet potato fresh green beans steamed
Snack: yogurt and nectarine
Dinner: TBD
Tonight I did my week 4 Round 2 Cardio Kettleworx! I have 7 weeks until 5K- !!!!
Going to run tomorrow tonight!
