ate very clean today! came home rode bike 2 miles then walked very brisk for 2 miles burned total of 450 calories. I have burned 11,599 steps so far today! Tomorrow is KettleWorx Resistance week 2.
Breakfast: protein shake, with banana, strawberry & blackberries
Snack: grapes
Lunch: salad no meat/Peach
Snack: greek yogurt with granola
Dinner: 1 slice of PIZZA(OMG) first time since Dec
