Today was a little crazzzy at work today! But I survived. Steven (my son) has been sick had to take him to doctor right after work- he may have strep throat. I have to run back up and get his meds in a little bit. This has thrown off my workout schedule for today. I will just do my Kettleworx in the morning instead - no biggie. Still wearing my pedometer I am @ 6317 so far but the day is not over lol.
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: low sugar oatmeal
Lunch: salad with turkey and slice of watermelon
Snack: grapes
Dinner: Fish with mixed veggies
water, water, water
