I was a little tired tonight- probably from yesterdays workout - however I still gave it my all I did drop down from the 15lb bell to the 10 for the 2nd set. I was able to be more effective that way. Cardio week 1 was the workout for tonight. with 120 extra swings at the end! I feel great now!
Breakfast: low sugar oatmeal
Snack: peach and some peanuts no salt
Lunch: Salad with chicken
Snack: banana/apple (post workout carbs)
Dinner: salad w/chicken (was going to use crab but none left)
water, water,water
